Deposits and withdrawals at Gamblezen
Start playingA withdrawal request at Gamblezen is processed within two banking days once it is approved, and that clock only starts after your first deposit has cleared its wagering requirement and your identity has been checked. Most of the wait a player notices sits in those two steps, not in the payout itself. The rest of this page sets out what funds each stage and what limits it.
Choosing how to fund your account
You can deposit by debit or credit card, e-wallet, or bank transfer. All three post to your balance in the same way, and the choice mainly affects how you get money back out later, since Gamblezen pays withdrawals to a bank account or another method listed in the Cashier at the time.
Clearing your deposit before you cash out
Every deposit has to be wagered at least three times before you can request a withdrawal against it, whether or not you took a bonus. Deposit £50 and you need £150 in total stakes placed before that money becomes withdrawable. This applies on top of any separate bonus wagering, so a bonus deposit clears the deposit turnover and the bonus terms as two distinct conditions.
Requesting your money back
Withdrawals are capped by time window rather than by a single flat limit, and the three ceilings stack against each other.
| Period | Maximum |
|---|---|
| Per 24 hours | €2,000 |
| Per 7 days | €5,000 |
| Per 30 days | €20,000 |
You can also only have one pending withdrawal per payment method at a time, and only one withdrawal request in any 24-hour period. A player asking for €2,000 on a Monday and another €2,000 on the Tuesday will find the second one blocked, not queued.
What a bigger win means for your payout
A win over €20,000 is not paid in one transfer. Gamblezen reserves the right to split it into monthly instalments of up to €20,000 each, so a €60,000 win is realistically a three-month payout rather than a single deposit into your account.
Proving who you are
Verification is triggered the first time you claim a withdrawal, not at registration. You'll be asked for identification documents, a bank statement, proof of address, and proof of ownership of whichever payment method you used — for a card, that means images of both sides with the first six and last four digits visible. Gamblezen may also run phone or face verification on top of the document check, and a withdrawal will not clear until this is done.
None of these steps are unusual for a licensed operator, but they do mean the fastest route to a payout is getting the paperwork right the first time: matching name, matching payment method, and documents that are legible before you submit them. Gambling is entertainment, and understanding how your own money moves through the account is part of playing it sensibly. You must be 18 or over (18+) to hold an account.
