Signing in to your Gamblezen account
Start playingThis page belongs to an independent portal, not to Gamblezen itself. We don't hold, store or have any way to access your account credentials, and we can't reset a password, lift a block or restore a closed account on your behalf. Everything below explains how sign-in works at Gamblezen and where to go when it doesn't – the account itself is only ever reached through the operator's own site or app.
Resetting a password the safe way
If your password has stopped working, the recovery route runs through Gamblezen's own sign-in page, never through a third-party site or an email link from anywhere else. A password reset triggered from the operator's own page will ask for the email address tied to the account and send further steps to that inbox. We don't send resets, and we'd treat any message claiming to be a Gamblezen password recovery landing on this domain as exactly what it would be – not genuine.
If the email address on the account is out of date, or you no longer have access to it, that's a matter for Gamblezen's own support team rather than a self-service reset – changing the registered email usually needs identity confirmation first.
Why a sign-in gets refused
A handful of things account for most failed attempts, and they're worth ruling out in order before assuming the account itself is broken:
- Mistyped credentials, or a password saved by a browser that's since changed – caps lock is the most common quiet cause.
- An account that hasn't completed verification yet – Gamblezen asks for identity documents the first time a player claims a withdrawal, and access to some features can be limited until that clears.
- A session or connection issue on the browser or app side, rather than the account itself.
- A regional restriction – Gamblezen does not accept players from a defined list of countries, and access from a restricted location will not go through regardless of the credentials used.
- A self-exclusion in force, or an account closed under Gamblezen's inactivity terms.
Verification holds and self-exclusion
Gamblezen asks for KYC documents – identification, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used – the first time a player requests a withdrawal. Until that check clears, some account functions may sit on hold; this is a standard part of the process, not a sign anything has gone wrong.
Self-exclusion is a different matter and it isn't something to work around. Gamblezen allows players to set a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years by messaging support directly, and an account closed this way stays closed for that term. If you've excluded yourself and find you can still reach the account, or if gambling has stopped feeling manageable, GamCare's National Gambling Helpline (0808 8020 133, free, 24/7) and GamStop – the UK's national self-exclusion scheme – are the right next step, not a second attempt to sign in.
Registering an account
Opening a Gamblezen account – choosing a username, setting a password, confirming an email address – happens on Gamblezen's own site rather than here. A first deposit is required before the account is fully active, and identity checks follow at first withdrawal as above.
Reaching support
For anything a reset or a verification check doesn't fix, Gamblezen's own support runs on live chat and email, around the clock. This portal's inbox, [email protected], answers questions about the content on this site – it isn't a route into your account and can't process a login issue.
Access to Gamblezen is restricted to players aged 18 and over (18+). If a login problem is tangled up with a wider worry about how much time or money you're spending, free and confidential support is available at BeGambleAware.org.
